Tumblers:

- After the day your cup is made, please allow 3-4 weeks, 15-20 business days (business days are Monday-Friday excluding major and federal holidays) for your order to be shipped.

*This is subject to change based on order volume and order size. Please allow more time for larger orders!*

Glitter:

- All glitter orders will be packed within 1-3 business days from order date.

- Please allow up to 5 business days from order date for items to be shipped.

Pre-cut Templates:

- Please allow 5-10 business days for templates to be cut and shipped. Our double sided adhesive comes from another small business and orders may be delayed while waiting for materials.

Freshies:

- Please allow 15-20 business days for freshies to be made and shipped.

- Tumblers will be made how the customer orders them through our online order form completed before the tumbler is added to the cart.

- Tumblers are made in the order they are received, with the exception of those selected to be made offline.

- Lives may be cancelled at anytime. We will reach out to you to reschedule your tumbler if it is affected by a cancellation.

- All Creekwood merchandise is made and shipped by Madminds. Please allow 15-25 business days for merchandise orders to be made and shipped, as all merchandise is handmade.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. There is a $15 restocking fee for ALL cancelled orders, if you wish to cancel your order. If you purchased the wrong item or have customization issues, please contact us at creekwoodcustomtumblers@gmail.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for responses.

- Our live schedule will be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 10pm EST.

- Weekend Waffle will be the second Saturday of every other month.

- Sell Out Saturday will occur on the last Saturday of every calendar month.
